Good middle path if you want tatami character without the heaviest mat. Colour is soft and natural. Happy with finish quality.

After monsoon started we aired it weekly — no musty smell. Care tips in the box were practical for Indian weather.

Compared local reed mats — this one has cleaner edges and more consistent thickness. Feels like a proper product, not craft-fair uneven.

Ordered after comparing a few sellers. The mat feels denser and more finished than cheaper reed rugs we tried earlier. Packaging was careful and the surface had no crushed spots on arrival.

We measured twice and the size matched perfectly. Barefoot feel is firm but comfortable. Slight natural grass scent for the first week, which we actually liked.
