About our products
All Tatami mats sold on this website are authentic Japanese products imported directly from our partner workshops. Natural variations in Igusa colour and weave are characteristics of genuine handcrafted mats, not defects.
Orders & pricing
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. An order is confirmed only after successful payment.
Shipping & delivery
Delivery timelines vary by location and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if you received the wrong product, variant, size, or quantity.
Returns & refunds
Returns and refunds are provided only when you receive the wrong product or wrong order. We do not accept change-of-mind, fit, or preference returns. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. After we confirm the error, we will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover return shipping.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
