Every shipment carries mill certificates confirming natural Igusa composition, origin prefecture, and traditional weaving standards.
Mats are vacuum-sealed and shipped in humidity-controlled containers from Japanese ports to preserve fibre quality during transit.
We handle Indian customs clearance, import documentation, and GST compliance so your Tatami arrives ready for installation.
Orders ship from our climate-managed warehouse in Mumbai within 2–4 business days, with pan-India delivery and white-glove handling available.
